The Work
Our aim is to provide you with a balanced training programme across the core areas of our business; Corporate, Capital Markets, Finance, Investment Funds and Litigation. Dublin Trainees will also have the option of a rotation in our Property department. You will be given challenging work that will help you to develop the skill set needed in a qualified solicitor.

We are also in a position to give you real responsibility and the only constraint on the work you will be exposed to will be your own progression. We believe that if you are good enough, there should be no artificial ceiling placed on what level of work you can do.

One of the most appealing aspects to training at Maples is the real interaction that our Trainees get with our clients. Our attitude is to treat our Trainees as grown-ups and not commodities. As a result, our clients are consistently rewarded by the level of professionalism and quality of service our Trainees provide them. Our client base is also second to none, so our Trainees not only have direct contact with our clients, but the work they are doing is some of the best around.
