HUMAN RESOURCES

Our Human Resources Department is responsible for ensuring adherence to all firm’s policies and procedures, implementing best practice procedures for HR offices globally.

Human Resources deals with managing our local immigration procedures, liaising with new recruits and ensuring constant communication from offer stage through to commencement of employment and thereafter; creating and maintaining staff files; ensuring compliance with all local laws pertaining to pension, health and immigration matters; assisting in general day-to-day HR administrative functions including interviewing, ensuring policy adherence, disciplinary procedures and maintaining good employee relations.

In addition to the day-to-day HR procedures we focus on continuing education, identifying training needs in general, to ensure Maples employees have all  the resources they need to perform their jobs to the highest standard.
