Responsibilities of the Information Services Department include compliance driven client-related research, case and legislative research, library services and liaison with the attorneys, together with our Professional Support Lawyers, in the creation and development of the firms’ standard documentation.
The Information Services Department is also responsible for maintaining the firm's intranet and infobank.
Our Professional Support Lawyers support Maples professionals across the breadth of our practice(s) in each jurisdiction. The role principally involves drafting and maintaining precedents; monitoring and summarising legislative developments (for both internal and external consumption); and preparing legal guides and practice notes.
